患者权利：

Patient rights:

1、有接受治疗与照护、表达减轻疼痛的权利，无论种族、性别、年龄、国籍、价值观、宗教信仰、社会地位。

Patients have a right to receive treatments, care, and pain management, regardless of their races, gender, age, nationality, values, religious beliefs, and social status.

2、有获得医院科室诊疗服务范围、价格及相关医务人员专业信息的权利。

Patients have a right to access information about hospital's range of care services, prices, and health care practitioners.

3、有了解本人病情诊断、诊疗计划、检验检查、健康教育、疾病预后及医疗费用明细等相关信息的权利。

Patients have a right to understand their illness, diagnosis, care plan, tests/examinations planned, health education, prognosis, medical bills and others.

4、有获得院内或院外专业人士建议并参与治疗方案制定，决定选择治疗方式的权利。

Patients have a right to obtain opinions from an internal or external professional, involve themselves in developing a care plan, and decide and select treatment options.

5、有获得高风险操作、治疗、临床试验知情同意的权利。

Patients have a right to be informed about and grant consent to high-risk procedures, treatments, or clinical trials.

6、有复印病历及获得诊断证明的权利。

Patients have a right to copy medical records and obtain a medical certificate.

7、在法律允许范围内，有选择拒绝治疗或自动出院的权利。

To the full extent permitted by laws, patients have a right to refuse treatments proposed or leave against medical advice.

8、有个人隐私、人身安全及财物受到保护的权利。

Patients have a right to assurance of personal privacy, safety and security.

9、如对医院提出建议或投诉，有得到回应的权利。

Patients have a right to receive feedback on suggestions or complaints made to the hospital.

10、如有行动、语言、听力等就医障碍，有获得医院提供帮助的权利。

Patients have a right to receive help from the hospital in case of barriers involving mobility, language, hearing or others.

患者义务：

Patient obligations:

1、遵守医院规章制度，尊重医务人员，不得侵犯员工及其他患者的权利。

Patients are obliged to comply with hospital's policies and regulations and respect health care practitioners and not to infringe rights of staff members and other patients.

2、实名制就诊，如实陈述个人病情及病史，不隐瞒疾病及诊疗相关信息。

Patients are obliged to follow a real-name patient registration system and provide true information about personal illness status and medical history; and not to conceal information about illness and treatments.

3、配合医务人员为您实施治疗和照护并遵从医嘱。

Patients are obliged to cooperate with health care practitioners in delivery of care services and comply with medical orders.

4、我院为教学医院，承担教学和科研任务，为提升医学教育水平，培养优秀的医务人员，恳请您配合医院教学工作。

As a teaching hospital, our hospital undergoes teaching and research activities to improve medical education levels and train excellent health care practitioners. Therefore, your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

5、爱护医院设施、设备，保持医院环境整洁。

Patients are obliged to protect hospital's facilities and equipment and keep hospital's environment clean and tidy.

6、遵守医院门禁相关规定、感染控制措施，不在院内吸烟，不在院内大声喧哗。

Patients are obliged to comply with hospital's door access control requirements, infection control measures, and a ban on smoking or loud noise in the hospital.

7、支付应自行负担的费用；不得要求医师提供不实的资料或诊断证明。

Patients are obliged to pay medical bills and not to request any doctor to provide untrue materials or medical certificate.

8、住院和治疗期间不向医务人员赠送钱物和宴请。

Patients are obliged not to give gifts or money to or entertain health care practitioners during stay in the hospital or treatment period.

9、住院期间不擅自离院或外宿，否则按自动出院处理。

Patients are obliged not to take an unauthorized leave or board outside the hospital; otherwise, it will be regarded as discharge against medical advice.

10、严禁携带管制刀具、危险品等入院；钱财等贵重物品要自行妥善保管。

Patients are prohibited from bringing any controlled knives or hazardous materials into the hospital; and have to secure valuable items like money by themselves.
